2 oz  Olive Oil 

 4 oz Rice Wine Vinegar

 2 Tbsp. Mix Parsley

 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard

 1 tsp. Minced Garlic

 1 tsp. Sugar

 pinch Salt and pepper
