Creamy Caesar

2 oz Non fat Grated Parmesan Cheese

4 oz Non fat Plain  Yogurt

1 Egg York

1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce 

1 tsp. Dijon mustard 

1 tsp. Minced Garlic 

1 tsp Anchovy Paste

Dash of Salt and pepper  






Honey Mustard

6 oz Rice Wine Vinegar

6 tsp. Honey Mustard

6 tsp Hot Chinese Mustard 

3 tsp. Vegetable Oil

Pinch of salt and Pepper 

Sesame Scallion

2 oz Apple Juice 

4 oz Rice Wine Vinegar

2 Tbs. Sesame Seed Oil

2 Tbs.Soy Sauce 

1 tsp.Sugar 

2 diced Scallions

French Vinagrette

2 oz  Olive Oil 

4 oz Rice Wine Vinegar

2 Tbsp. Mix Parsley

1 tsp. Dijon Mustard

1 tsp. Minced Garlic

1 tsp. Sugar

pinch Salt and pepper


ITALIAN HERB

6 oz Balsamic Vinegar

3 Tbsp. Olive Oil

3 tsp. Dried Basil

3 tsp. Ground Oregano

3 tsp. Ground Thyme

Dash of Salt and Pepper

2 oz Non-fat  Plain Yogurt

4 oz Orange Juice

2 Tbsp. lemon Juice

2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil

1 tsp. Ground Ginger

1 tsp. sugar

1 tsp. ground Pepper

Steve's Shrimp Louie


Shrimp Louie Salad @ Timuquana Country Club
I eat salad, I try to eat one salad a day either with a meal or as a meal. I love all kinds of salad,and some of my very favorites are old school classics like this Shrimp Louie.This is my friend Steve's recipe, I took the pictures as he was making this salad for our dinner. I have to say this was one of  the best  Shrimp Louie. .




serves 4

Ingredients for the dressing :
 1 pint mayonnaise 
1/2 pint tomato ketchup
1/2 sweet relish 
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire
1/2 cup chopped black olives 
2 hard boiled egg chopped    

To make dressing, mix together mayonnaise, ketchup, relish, olives, and eggs. refrigerate 


                                            Ingredients for Salad:
                                            1 head of lettuce any kind you like 
                                            8-12 oz of peel and cooked shrimp
                                            1 cucumber peeled and seeds removed
                                            4 hard boiled eggs sliced
                                            3 tomatoes quartered
                                            1 can whole asparagus spears
                                            1 avocado, peeled, pitted, and sliced lengthwise



core and slice cucumber 


Make a bed of   lettuce on a large plate. Top with , avocado, tomatoes, asparagus and cucumber   


add shrimp

Drizzle dressing over salad

and your got yourself a real Shrimp Louie feast 


Tip: make sure all your ingredients are chilled,this salad was meant to be serve Chilled

Easy Beef Macaroni Soup

This  wonderfully colorful soup,beautiful to look at, is a meal all by its self. All you might want  to go with this soup is some french buttered bread. The soup is not only  easy to make, but also, can be made very quickly. I would say this would be a very good meal/ soup for a  family, cause its satisfying without leaving you with that i am stuff feeling. Its a good soup and fairly healthy,due to all the vegetables. You might want to add a little salt ,to bring out the favors fully. I am going to give this soup  three stars..


Ingredients : 
1 pound ground beef
2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
1 can (14 1/2 ) dice tomatoes undrained
1 carton beef broth 32 oz.
1/2 cup uncooked elbow macaroni 
1/2 teaspoon pepper




 In a large sauce pan, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink 


Drain, Stir in mixed vegetable,tomatoes,broth,and pepper.Bring to a boil; 


add macaroni, Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 8-10 minutes or until macaroni and vegetable are tender.


Serve and enjoy
